ILSSI Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training & Certification

The 2-day International Accredited Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification course is designed to provide trainees with a good understanding of the basic Lean Six Sigma principles and tools and prepare them as team participants and contributors to Lean Six Sigma projects.

The training will also give the participants ideas for simple improvements in their own working areas. Trained Yellow Belts will understand the activities, deliverables and key concepts involved in process problem-solving.

Our Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training and Certification provides an insight to the tools and techniques of Lean and Six Sigma and its process improvement methodologies.

As a Yellow Belt you will be ready to participate as a core team member or subject matter expert on a project within your company. The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training gives employees a stronger understanding of processes, enabling each individual to provide meaningful assistance in process improvement to achieve the organisations objectives.

Yellow Belt completion provides the stepping stones towards Green Belt and Black Belt Certification. An ideal introduction and starting point to understanding and using Lean & Six Sigma in the workplace for waste removal and problem solving.

How is the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course assessed?

Your proficiency in Yellow Belt skills, knowledge, and competencies will undergo examination in accordance with the international accreditation body the International Lean Six Sigma Institute. The student will be officially registered to the ILSSI international public registry.

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Exam Details:

To achieve this Lean Six Sigma qualification, students are required to pass an exam.

• The Yellow Belt exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions and each question only has one correct answer. Time Allowed: 1 hour. Questions: 50.
• 1 free retake included in the price.
• Exam available in 10 languages, if you prefer to take the exam in another language, please let your trainer know.
• Lifetime certification NO hidden fees or recertification costs.
